Rubber spring elements

The rubber spring element is unique for its simple, compact structure. The inserted rubber elements based on natural rubber allow a large -32° angle of twist. The rotation frequency depends on the angle of twist. The rubber material at a rotary range of 0° – 32° add up to progressive spring characteristics.

The rubber spring element can adopt several functions at the same time: springing, bearing, tensioning and absorbing. These properties offer economical benefits compared to construction parts with individual functions. Despite the simple rubber spring elements system we offer a wide range of products.

The rubber spring elements show a high chemical resistance against the majority of substances (except petrochemical products) and can also be used in extreme temperature ranges (– 42° to +85°).
