Construction and drive design

As a foundry with a focus on the production of rotationally symmetrical drive elements, Lütgert does not concentrate exclusively on the mere production of drive pulleys and flywheels.

Already in advance, the focus is on the calculation of optimal geometries in terms of stability, efficiency , cost-effectiveness and longevity, the most effective achievement of defined flywheel masses and of course the determination of the optimal V-belt for individual drives.

This includes the constructive and solution-oriented exchange between the in-house technology and the customer, including the preparation of documents for drive design, FEM- supported load simulations and technical 2D and 3D drawings.
