Turning: Traditional and CNC

Conventional machining cannot always be economically replaced by the sophisticated technical CNC standard. Particularly machining-intensive individual parts and small series are manufactured by experienced cutting machine operators in a customer-specific manner with high accuracy and care. Solid rotary lathes are used , which ensures the optimum conditions for precise and economical machining - especially of drive elements with high weight - with low-vibration running.

On modern CNC lathes one is optimally equipped for the economical processing of series with medium and high quantities. Subcontracting of steel and other materials is also carried out. Workpieces up to a diameter of 2 , 500 mm and a piece weight of 7,000 kg are machined.
