Inserting grooves

Modern machines from the company FRÖMAG enable the introduction of even complex grooves according to DIN 6885/1 up to a width of 100mm and a length of approx. 600 mm.

Matching fields P9, JS9 or H9 can be freely selected depending on the desired field of application. We can also insert several grooves offset to each other according to DIN 271 or grooves with suit according to DIN 6886.

In addition to the processing of in-house produced drive elements we also offer the subcontracting of customized components.

With extremely high demands regarding the geometries, the tolerances or with the insertion in hardened surfaces grooves can also be inserted through eroding.
