Industrial belts / drive belts

The further development of drive belts with more powerful elastomer materials has brought the belt drive back into focus as a drive solution - in the area of V-belts and flat belts as well as timing belts.

Thanks to our decades of experience, we are ideally positioned to supply our customers with the perfect combination of belts and pulleys. We also supply professional accessories for your industrial drive:

Whether you need a series drive or a complex individual drive, we offer the optimum solution for every application. For both standard drives and customised special solutions, we work with all well-known manufacturers of standard and high-performance belts. Our team of engineers and technicians will offer you an optimum solution for all performance requirements.

We will be happy to advise and support you from the initial design to implementation, installation and assembly, as well as with intelligent concepts for the optimum maintenance and servicing of your drives.

Drive design - your optimum drive

The precise design of industrial drives is crucial to ensure the efficiency, reliability and longevity of your machines and systems.

The decisive advantage of our drive design lies in the customised and precise adaptation to your specific requirements. We dimension your drive exactly according to your performance parameters to ensure optimum power density.

Our flexible approaches allow us to make adjustments quickly and cost-effectively if necessary, e.g. by changing the disc geometry. This offers you maximum flexibility for future optimisations or changed operating conditions.

We use state-of-the-art calculation and simulation software to determine the optimum dimensions for your drive systems in accordance with DIN 2218. We take into account factors such as torque, power requirements, energy efficiency and service life. In this way, we ensure that your drive solution is not only technically but also economically convincing.

A team of experienced engineers and technicians will support you from the initial analysis to the implementation of your solution. We support you in the selection of suitable components, such as drive belts, couplings and bearings, and ensure that all elements are perfectly harmonised.

With our expertise in drive design, we create systems that guarantee maximum performance and operational reliability in your industrial environment.

Use of vibration dampers and belt tensioners

The tensioning pulley drive is used for small centre distances and large transmission ratios when the open belt drive can no longer be used because the wrap angle of the small pulley is too small. A tension pulley is inserted into the idler pulley, which tensions the belt with its own weight, tensioning weights or a spring force.
