Analogue tension checker

The Tension Tester is a simple but effective measuring device for measuring pretension. The O-ring for the force is set to 0, the O-ring for the deflection is set to the calculated value. The belt is now deflected in the centre with the measuring device until the lower O-ring is at the same height as another belt or a ruler. The required force can now be read off the upper O-ring. The drive can now be retightened or relieved according to the specifications from the drive calculation.

Pentagon

Used to measure wear on poly V-pulleys. Wear on ribs, belt thickness and cracks can be determined with the pentagon.

Pulley gauge

Used specifically for testing the groove profile of various conventional pulleys as well as pulleys with double grooves.

Belt profile gauge

Helpful for determining the belt profile. The template can be used to easily determine the cross-section dimensions (top width, thickness and angle) of all standard belts.

Belt length gauge

If the belt length is not clearly visible, this measuring device helps to clearly determine the length of the belt. Available as a length gauge for flat belts and V-belts.
