Flat pulleys with cylindrical bore

We supply flat belt pulleys according to DIN 111 as standard undrilled , pre-drilled or drilled to finished size according to customer specifications and provided with groove and / or set screw.

The economical solution for classic flat belt drives, transport systems and bucket elevators. Benefits result from a large assortment with an extensive stock store and fast availability. Flat belt pulleys in all common diameters are available from stock.

Ready drilled flat pulleys are usually balanced in grade G16, upon request G6.3 or G2.5 are also possible.

Individual drives require individual solutions. In the event of deviations from DIN 111, the need for special geometries, intermediate sizes or higher peripheral speeds, it is possible to produce exclusive custom-made products.

All geometries can be easily produced by a flexible, model-free moulding process. From lot size 1 piece , for requirements as urgent spare parts, prototypes, pilot series models or small series , flat belt pulleys are produced according to customer specifications or drawings.

The design in alternative materials (EN-GJS, steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.) is also possible.

They are ideal for drives with intermittent loads where short -term slippage is certainly desirable or for bucket elevators that go beyond the standard sizes.

  • Alternative: Cast iron with lamellar graphite EN-GJL-300 (to GG-30), Spheroidal graphite (EN-GJS-400 to EN-GJS-800) or cast steel (GS), Aluminium

Balancing standards

  • Standard according to DIN 21940-11 in quality grade G16
  • Available in quality grades G6.3 or G2.5 on request

Surface treatment

  • Primed / black oxide finish as standard
