Customised manufacture of pulleys and flywheels

Individual design - Casting without model costs - Ready-to-install production

With our own foundry, we specialise in the production of drive components made of grey cast iron and can draw on many decades of manufacturing experience since we were founded in 1913. Since then, we have been offering high-quality drive technologies that are made in Germany in our own machining and assembly workshops.

From the initial design and optimisation of the drives to the precise and complete production according to the customers specifications. From our company headquarters in Gütersloh (North Rhine-Westphalia) we offer the complete value chain at the highest level. We also supply customer specified castings according to individual specifications both in Germany and internationally.

We supply the classic hand moulding for single parts and small series where we can produce unit weights of up to 6,000 kg. We can also supply rotationally symmetrical parts that are usually manufactured without pattern costs.

Our product range includes all belt drive products - from V-belt pulleys, flat belt pulleys, flywheels, elevator pulleys, TaperLock clamping bushes, motor clamping systems, foundation blocks and fixings for the drive belt assembly rails.

18.03.2026 Investment in a new 5-tonne crane system for the foundry

To meet the growing demands of our production, we have installed a new crane system in the foundry. This investment has been prompted by the steady increase in unit weights. As a result, all work areas are being expanded and brought up to the latest standards.
