Measurement technology and quality management

The optimal control of the accurate sizes starts on the machine during the processing period by the machine operator. The final inspection linked to quality assurance checks and records all relevant measurements through precise measurements. The measuring instruments used are optimally coordinated with the products.

All measuring and testing equipment are regularly checked by certified monitoring process. Furthermore every employee can examine their own measuring tools at any time using a modern MAHR measuring device, so that a constant high level of quality can be guaranteed.

The electronic measurements of the surface finish rounds off the controlling process. All the results are then logged and upon customer request they are documented according to DIN EN 10204 specifications.

Welcome to our quality assurance

Precision is the key to high-quality machine components. In our air-conditioned measuring room, we provide optimum conditions for testing workpieces with the highest accuracy.

With our Hexagon measuring arm, we check the components not only on the measuring table, but also directly in production - flexibly and efficiently. Thanks to modern, digital measuring technology, large discs can also be measured precisely.

With the Mahr 1600 LINEAR setting device, we calibrate all measuring equipment before it is used, thereby ensuring exact results. In this way, we prevent errors before they occur.
