Even an optimally designed belt drive with precisely matched components only works properly if the wear of pulleys and belts can be reduced to a minimum. The main contributors to this are the motor tensioning components, which ensure optimum alignment and thus ideal belt tension. The alignment of the pulleys to each other and the pre-tensioning of the V-belts are additionally supported by appropriate measuring and adjustment technology.
