Taken on after successful journeyman's examination

On 1 August 2018, they started their careers together with an apprenticeship at Lütgert. After three and a half years of practical and theoretical training, all three now have reason to celebrate:

Alexej (20) has successfully passed his apprenticeship as a machine operator and has now been taken on permanently in the manufacturing production team.

Andreas (19) has his qualification as a foundry mechanic in the bag and is now a fully-fledged member of the foundry team.

And Justin (19), a newly qualified industrial mechanic, will provide expert support to his colleagues in the manufacturing workshops.
